Silverline - LOPPING SHEARS - 690457 Telescopic heavy duty anvil pattern lopping shears with hardened and tempered blades. Handles extend from 400 to 650mm. One blade is coated with "Teflon-S" and the other is chrome plated for corrosion resistance. Handles operate with a simple twist and lock mechanism.
